I installed this USB on my Windows 190 computer and it will not always connect with my Bluetooth devices. When it does, it disconnects. I am getting a replacement USB dongle and I hope this is just a one time defective product.
Trusting the claims.

I purchased this for the extended bluetooth range to my cellphone. My desktop had some trouble and it delayed testing of the functionality so I have to wait and see.
Not sure I would buy this product again

The adapter (hardware) works okay, but the installation instructions were such small printing, it was difficult to read and follow them. Also I had difficulty with the (software) pairing my Bluetooth ear pieces.
Good bluetooth adapter but construction issue

Once you get the adapter in the USB slot, it works wonderfully. My issue was that the adapter wiuld not slide into the clot as the little black plastic piece that covers the electronic board cm off and went under the board, so that the adapter could not slide into the USB port. After etting a pair of tweezers and pulling out the black plastic piece, I put it back whereit belong and the device worked fine. I am hopping I did not cuse long-term issue.
I would recommend this product for this use.

I purchased this device to connect wireless headphones to my PC. It works great but good reception is limited to about 20 ft..
I would suggest this to others.

I use the device to connect my mouse and headphones. When it works its great, but to get it installed you have to go to your computer manufacturer website to download more drivers then what comes on the provided disk. You should state this in the instructions.
Sure.

Not plug and play for Windows 10, no documentation, tech support tried their best and even sent me a replacement. I wasted hours attempting to get this to work. I could not be more disgusted!!!!
Great Product. l have recommended it to several people.

Price is excellent and it's plug and play, no need for Internet to load drivers. I use it at home and go room to room and my head set still works. Yeahhhhhh!!! I would definitely buy this product again and again for a family member and/or friend. Thanks Tripp Lite. :)
Worked with absolutelyno effort on my part

If I could give this thing a 0 I would. We bought several for our library and none work. Using the Windows drivers, the bluetooth won't pair with headphones that work perfectly with laptops and phones. Downloading and installing the drivers from Tripp Lite's site was worse. Installed and got the headphones paired only to have the system crash repeatedly trying to play a sound on the device. And forget Skype - instant reboot. The CSR drivers seem to be very problematic and the device does not work with the Windows drivers so I think we have wasted our money. Pity that Tripp Lite, which is one of the best UPS manufacturers, put their name on this.
