She is a dynamic Salesforce professional with a strong focus on designing scalable, secure, and purpose-driven solutions, currently working at Salesforce.Though her journey into Salesforce architecture began with a non-technical background, her ability to bridge business context with technical design has influenced her approach to solution architecture--prioritizing clarity, governance, and long-term sustainability over short-term fixes.Sandhya brings hands-on experience across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Sales, Service, Finance, Field Service, Health Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud. She holds 19 Salesforce certifications, along with MuleSoft certification, two AMP Impact certifications, and a Scale Up Architect certification.
