She is a dynamic Salesforce professional with a strong focus on designing scalable, secure, and purpose-driven solutions, currently working at Salesforce.Though her journey into Salesforce architecture began with a non-technical background, her ability to bridge business context with technical design has influenced her approach to solution architecture--prioritizing clarity, governance, and long-term sustainability over short-term fixes.Sandhya brings hands-on experience across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Sales, Service, Finance, Field Service, Health Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
