The taste was very good, a minty cinnamon. But having more than 1or 2 in a 24-hour period led to digestive disturbance best left non-described! Very disappointed as I wanted to use these mints on a more frequent basis to satisfy a sweet tooth and/or freshen breath. Definitely NOT purchasing them again.

Great mints to keep on hand
Xylitol does for nasal passages and the throat what cranberries do for your bladder - keeps pathogens from adhering to mucous membranes and multiplying. I use the mints daily for my throat and the same brand nasal spray as needed for my nose. I highly recommend both products.

Mild and tasty
Many types of peppermints burn my mouth. These do not. They are mild and taste good and do not have sugar in them. I have eaten them for a few years. Since I do not use them frequently, the large quantity lasts me a very very long time.

BEST MINTS
If you care about teeth, you'll give these mints a try. I have dry mouth syndrome due to medication. My dentist recommends these & they help.They are pricey but wait for a sale that includes them. I keep these by my bedside.

Xylitol Mints
This is the best buy for these mints; I save the old, smaller containers to keep next to my bed or in my purse. My dentist sells xylitol mints for tooth health; xylitol is said to cause tooth-decaying bacteria to slide off the teeth, so it can be swallowed and destroyed by stomach acid. I use these mints when I'm unable to brush my teeth, and in bed at night. I keep peppermint mints in the car, as breath fresheners.

Taste good with no sugar.

I bought the Spry Peppermints a few weeks ago! I have purchased them several times in the past & always keep them on hand. They are sugar-free & much better for me. I highly recommend these mints to everyone!
