Very Pleased
Zinus was recommended to us by a few people. We took the test online to find our right match. We were very happy with the prices, but worried about ordering without trying it. Once it arrived and we spent one night on it, we were totally surprised. I'm a nursing mom and my hips had been killing me from side sleeping (I'm usually a tummy sleeper). After just one night on the Green Tea mattress, I wasn't in so much pain! And it's been progressively getting better. The shipping was fast and set up was easy! I highly recommend!!

Great buy - fairly firm bed
Shipping was very fast, faster than delivery date, the mattress is a bit firmer than what we were expecting (even with the upgrade to the most foam) but it's still extremely comfy! If you prefer a really plush bed I'd recommend buying a memory foam topper to go along with it. Happy with the purchase

Cooking green tea gel memory foam mattress
Very very stiff at first. Takes about a month and a half for it to break in. Issue with stuff mattress for side sleeper is the mattress doesn’t sink in enough to equally support body. However, over time as it breaks in this issue goes away. I don’t know that I’d recommend it because of the long break in period. Time will tell if I’d ever get another one.

The mattress has not expanded to eight inches. It remains a five. The mattress was unpacked within 6 hours of arrival. It has remained at 5 inches of decompression.

Dumped my expensive mattress for this one!!!
I love my green tea cooling mattress! It's the perfect combination combination of firm and soft. I even got rid of a brand new mattress that was twice the price to get this one after sleeping on it at my sisters house. Highly recommend, you won't regret it!

Perfect Firm Memory Foam Mattress
The mattress is fantastic! Just the amount of firmness I was looking for. Once it was done expanding, it was impressive to sleep on, even on the first night! I had an issue with shipping, but the mattress itself is fantastic.

Not cool, return process way too long.
The mattress was not cooling at all, just as hot as our 10-year-old memory foam mattress, if not hotter. They say it was a medium firm feel, but felt more like a firm feel. The worst issue of all was the return process. Well returning it is fairly easy, we spent over seven or eight days trying to get our refund processed. I will never buy a product from Zinus again.

Too firm for me
This mattress is VERY firm. I gave it about 10 sleeps before deciding it wasn’t going to work. It felt like sleeping on the ground.

Get cooling gel memory icoil
Get the cooling without green tea. This one is not as comfortable as the cooling memory mattress without green tea. The way it expands almost has a curve to it. I’d much rather have the one without green tea.
