Eye-themed wall decorations are made from a range of materials, including metal signs, canvas (stretched or gallery-wrapped), wood frames, plastic or polystyrene frames, and glass mirrors.

Sizes vary widely: small metal signs around 8 x 8 inches; common canvas and framed sizes such as 14 x 14 and 18 x 24 inches; larger framed canvases up to about 42 x 32 inches; and mirrors or accents in mid sizes (for example 18.5 x 18.5 inches).

Hanging options include pre-drilled holes on lightweight metal signs for nails or hooks, ready-to-hang framed canvases and prints with wall-mount hardware, and larger framed pieces that use hanging triangles or standard wall-mount fittings.

Canvas eye art often uses giclée printing with UV fade–resistant inks and is printed on thick cotton or cotton-blend canvas; many pieces are gallery-wrapped or stretched to resist sagging.

Small metal eye signs are described as sturdy and resistant to bending, rust, and fading; they are lightweight, recyclable, and often feature rolled edges and pre-drilled holes for simple, low-effort hanging.
