Adult Loki costumes commonly come as multi-piece sets. Standard sets often include a jumpsuit, cape, and headpiece. Premium or deluxe sets may add a coat or long overgarment, helmet or horned headpiece, shoulder pads, arm guards, and bootcovers.

Capes and foam armor pieces commonly attach with hook-and-loop fasteners (Velcro) and elastic straps. Shoulder pads or armor panels may use Velcro tabs to secure to a jumpsuit, while smaller elements often rely on elastic for a snug fit.

Headpieces range from foam-and-fabric helmets with sculpted horns to plastic horn headbands. Foam helmets often have fiber-filled horns and are secured under the chin with hook-and-loop straps and elastic; plastic horn headbands typically use an elastic band at the back for a snug fit.

Inflatable Loki suits typically use elastic cuffs at the wrists and ankles, attached shoe covers or ankle straps at the feet, and gloves with elastic cuffs to help keep the costume secure and retain inflation.

Loki jumpsuits commonly fasten with a hook-and-loop (Velcro) closure at the center back. Many also include an elasticized back waistband or internal elastic panels to provide a snugger, adjustable fit.
