Hanging and assembly vary by style. Many mini garlands require no assembly; pennant banners commonly include satin cording for stringing; and some lighted or decorative garlands provide wire centers or jute-wrapped loops to make hanging easier.
Lighted mini garlands are typically battery-operated using a small battery pack (commonly 2 AA batteries) and include an on/off switch on the pack so you can control lights without needing an outlet.
Some mini garlands are sold prelit or specifically as battery-operated items. These lighted versions commonly use micro fairy LED lights and note battery power—typically 2 AA batteries—with a battery pack that includes an on/off switch.
Mini pennant banners typically include multiple small flags (24 flags is a common configuration), plus satin cording for stringing; the pennants are usually printed on cardstock and are often about 2 inches wide by 3 inches tall.
