Many reblooming azaleas flower first in spring, then produce repeat flushes in mid‑summer and again in late fall.

These reblooming azaleas are commonly sold for USDA hardiness zones roughly from zone 5 or 6 up through zone 10. Many listings show zones 6–10, and at least one variety is noted for zones 5–8.

Typical mature size ranges are about 2 to 5 feet tall and about 3 to 4 feet wide, depending on the variety.

Many varieties have deep, glossy green foliage. Several notes mention that leaves can develop purple or burgundy‑red tints in fall and winter.

They’re commonly recommended for woodland borders and shade gardens and are also used in garden beds, containers, shrub borders, hedges, foundation plantings, and mass plantings.

Some reblooming varieties open in spring and then rebloom in summer and fall. One variety specifically notes flowering in June, when many other azaleas have already finished their spring bloom.
