These holders support a range of decorative and standard bulbs: C7 and C9 holiday sockets, traditional and LED mini lights, and adapters that accept standard E26 (medium) screw-base bulbs. One adapter is specified for use with a 120V, 40W bulb.

Clips attach with adhesive, screws, nails, or silicone. Note that adhesive mini clips are intended for indoor/seasonal use and may not be suitable for wallpaper, vinyl wall coverings, or painted drywall.

Socket adapters can add an on/off pull chain or a push-through switch for the bulb socket, and some include side plug outlets (these side outlets often remain powered independently of the socket switch).

The lamp adapters use an E26 medium screw base (E26) for the bulb socket.
