Trolls adjustable skates expand across a range of four shoe sizes using an internal size-adjustment system and a rear adjustment knob, allowing a more customized fit as the foot grows.
Trolls skates are offered with buckle or lace-up closures. Boot materials vary by model and are listed as nylon or plastic, and shoe width is typically noted as medium.
Inline Trolls skates include a urethane brake, while quad roller versions use a front-mounted urethane toe stop for braking.
Quad Trolls skates have a wider-set rear wheel pair than the front to create a more stable platform for learning. Many boots also include higher cuffs and supportive linings to improve ankle support and aid balance.
Boots are described as strong and supportive with soft comfort linings, rolled padded collars, a thick inner lining, and cuff stiffness designed to offer ankle support and comfort for beginners.
