Find items available for Order Pickup on Target.com or in the Target app. Pick a store, shop and we’ll let you know when your order is ready.
When your order is ready, open the Target app & tap “Switch to Drive Up.” Let us know when you’re on the way for a quicker pickup.
Park in the Drive Up area & tap “I’m here” in the Target app. We’ll bring your order to your vehicle.
Go to purchase history in the Target app. Tap your order, select “Start a return,” then choose “Drive Up return.”
Select your store, choose the items to return and tap “Submit” to start your return. We’ll send an email confirmation to start your Drive Up trip.
When you arrive at the Drive Up parking area, tap “I’m here” in the Target app. We’ll meet you at your vehicle to scan your items and process your return.
