Issues Loading or Connecting in Target Store (Wi-Fi)
Connect to Target Guest Wi-Fi if you're having trouble pulling up your barcode or accessing the app while in a Target store.
- Accept the Guest Wi-Fi Terms & Conditions to access to the network. If the terms don't appear automatically, open a website in your mobile browser to trigger the prompt. Accepting the terms may resolve connection issues.
- Forget and reconnect to Target Guest Wi-Fi (2.4GHz) from your device's Wi-Fi settings. This provides the best app experience in store.
- Turn on Auto-Join for Target Guest Wi-Fi to connect automatically during future Target Runs.
Turn off Wi-Fi and use cellular data while shopping in store if you have a good wireless signal. Data rates may apply.
Oops Error on Drive Up / Order Pickup
Verify your last name is listed on your account. A missing last name can cause an Oops error when placing an order. Update your account information.
Error Adding Items to Shopping List
Delete items from your shopping list if you've reached the 250-item limit. The limit includes items that have been marked as complete. To delete an item, swipe left and select Delete.
Additional Troubleshooting
Force stop and reopen the app if issues continue. You can also switch between Wi-Fi and cellular data to help resolve loading issues. Data rates may apply.
