Items were not packaged properly and came damaged. Boxes have numerous, large dents.

The item was likely intentionally packaged wrong. A single three pack blister was put in with the receipt for this item. I already reached out to support and nobody’s gotten back to me yet.

Target ripped the seal off the case

Both of my black bolt elite trainer boxes came in damaged. there was literally no bubble wrapped paper to protect the product. you guys need to do better when it come to that.

I cant review the item I ordered. never received. it was a preorder item that I ordered a month or more out. I didn't preorder anywhere else because I had it locked up here. now, a few days after official release day and the site saying they're getting it prepped, I get an email saying they're canceling it. so, unlike a regular item getting canceled, this is a highly sought after collectible that is now unavailable in stores or online and IF I happen to find it anywhere is priced soo high in secondary prices land that its unattainable and not worth it. way to go target. from tge bottom of my heart. thank u.

Plastic wrap on the box was ripped because of how it was packaged. It came in a box slightly bigger than the product with no protective bubble wrap or anything like that. This has happened multiple times and I just wasted 60 something dollars. Thanks.

I didn’t even receive the right item, stayed up until 3am for this item and instead of getting the etb I received a 3 pack blister… and the fact it was delivered and sold by target and I still received the wrong item is messed up

I’ve ordered from target many times in the past, and I’ve always been happy with how they packaged their items so that they arrive safely. This time the amount of care in the packaging was nonexistent. Very disappointing considering this was a pre-order that I was anticipating for several weeks. The box is hilariously too big for the items and the amount of paper stuffing they used is laughable. It’s as if a worker had a horrible day and took it out on my package and hoped that I would receive damaged product. Photos attached

Sent me a single blister instead of ETB, Called target and they cant do anything about trading cards, This is pretty terrible. I would use caution ordering these.

I stayed up till about 5AM, I was excited about being able to purchase 2 Pitch Black ETB’s as I’m a collector. Waited patiently for delivery to arrive, once did I excitedly opened it just to find out I was shipped a single 3-Pack Blister. Called Target and they were no help aside from issuing a refund instead of placing great customer service first and fulfilling customers purchase. Lost sleep on a work night and lost a paid ETB.

Ordered 2 of these ETBs (9 packs each) but received 2 blisters instead (3 packs each). Knew something was off with the small and light box and despite video evidence, I'm still unsure whether I'll be getting a refund or not
