Target puts zero effort into packaging so expect your stuff to arrive damaged with no recourse

The item I ordered had a deliberate straight line cut on the top, not only breaking the seal but damaging the box. I am a sealed collector and also love to open items, but this should be my choice not targets choice if I open something I order. Also, if paying $35 over retail price on an item I should receive a mint condition item, with this having been cut I basically payed over price for a damaged item that can no longer be added to my displayed sealed collection for enjoyment.

So I’m not really understanding why I received my booster box in the mail and the top seal was deliberately cut open with a razor blade. It’s not like it rubbed up against something and ripped. It was deliberately sliced along the top of the seal. Why does it matter to you if I keep WHAT I BOUGHT sealed or not I open Pokémon cards with my son, so you’re not really getting your point across because I actually open my product but I WOULD LIKE TO OPEN IT. I don’t need a target employee scoring the top of the seal. To lose its sealed value, I don’t really care about that, but don’t think that it’s acceptable to cut my product open. It’s none of your business what I do with it at the end of the day I bought it. You have no right cutting my product open. You guys you guys can’t even package product correctly without getting damaged . This is my third time complaining about how you guys are either opening or damaging the product that I buy. Yall must have lost your minds. The nerve. These target employees are petty

It looks like the sealed package was intentionally cut, and I received a damaged product. This is unacceptable, and you need to do better with your quality control and shipping process. If this issue isn't resolved, I will be filing a fraud claim with my Target credit card.

This came in plus booster bundles and they were slashed on top

Ordered 2 booster boxes and both came in the mail with cut across the top. Contacted customer care and they said I had to wait 5-7 days for help.

Damaged box

It is great. Packaging is poor. Lumped into a box that was too big without any padding beyond a small piece of cardboard paper. I have concern for distortion and damage to the cards

I received my pre-order of the new Pokémon set Pitch Black, A booster box. it came cut across the top.. without opening the box I could see every pack was cut as well.

Sent resealed product and not refundable

Item was nice.But it's that possible to using protecting strategy to bubble up the item？ Always have some damage on my item.
