Love the collection and glad I finally got one secured!

I've been trying to buy an extremely sought after pokemon product for months. I was finally lucky enough to get through and purchased two, and I was really looking forward to receiving it. Unfortunately the box it was shipped in was 1) entirely too large and included no filler or padding, and 2) arrived completely destroyed. After contacting Target and sharing the photos they informed me that this did not meet the requirements for a replacement and since it's a non-refundable item I was left with two items that were damaged badly. These are collectibles and with the damage they are no longer desired. The customer service was uncaring and offered zero recourse. Very disappointed.

I got lucky on target online about a month or so ago and i finally decided to open one of my spc’s about a week ago now and off rip the box it came shipped in was banged up pretty bad but i finally opened the box and the spc was loose wrapped so definitely iffy but straight from target so i left that one alone, but i had another one i decided to rip and i believe it was tampered with, maybe 5 or 6 packs in my spc genuinely had crumbs inside, i was told to go to the store and open another spc in front of them to show them the problem, but i dont even want to take the chance especially considering how the one i opened was.

I finally was able to place an order for 1 SPC, later to find out that my order “lost in transit.” I tried to request a replacement but customer service didn’t want to give me one & was adamant that they can only issue a refund. It’s already hard enough to be able to place an order & when I finally got lucky, I still couldn’t get the product! 0/10 experience all around.

The plastic and the box had been cut prior to arrival. I understand an attempt to stop scalpers but there is no need to damage the box. Also, no where in the description did it say the box would arrive purposely damaged. Poor customer service.

They will send something else even if you manage to order it. they sent me a 3 pack blister for pitch black. I did manage to get a refund, but doubt anything will happen to the sticker who backdoored my SPC. I'm not a reseller and dont pay for those Auto check out bots. I either get lucky, or dont. This time I thought I got lucky. Don't hold your hopes high even if you manage to check out with this product.
