Awful don't buy.
Awful. This meat had a very weird texture. I had to look back and make sure I didn’t buy a vegan/imitation meat. Definitely will not try again. It looks ok when cooked but everything about it seems fake.

I wish I would’ve read the review before I bought this, it definitely smells gross and has a bad taste. I was trying to be cheap but no spend a little extra on some good sausage because this was nasty and ruined my food and I made a big pot of food too… yea no go a different route.

Tastes Bad, Man
I've never had sausage that tasted like this. It didn't taste like it was spoiled. It tasted like it wasn't made of pork. If you told me that it was ground turkey sausage, I would believe you, because ground turkey tastes bad in exactly the same way.

I love using this product. I think it’s the exact quality as Johnsonville for less. It does look like it has more spices than Johnsonville but don’t let that fool you. I use it for making soup, spaghetti sauce and meatloaf. Love the flavor it adds to our food!!!
