Q: I have been drinking Bigelow green tea with lemon for years. It is the only flavor I drink. However, my new boxes don't taste the same - flat - no flavor. Did they change the formula?

Q: Where are your tea leaves sourced from? What do you do to insure zero or very low amounts of heavy metals specifically lead?
A: Our teas are sourced globally. We can assure you we do indeed test for heavy metals in our teas, including lead. We have consistently found that no heavy metals, including lead, are found in a brewed cup of Bigelow Tea
