Same Classic Taste
These are something I hadn't had in decades, but they still taste as I remember them. The cookie parts taste good, but the ice cream tastes somewhat cheap. I also found the ice cream to be more watery and not as creamy as I would have liked. The product has artificial ingredients in it, so that's why it still tastes nostalgic to me.

It doesn't get better than chocolate and vanilla.
I have loved these sandwiches for many years (I am 84, so you can figure this out for yourself! The outside is truly chocolaty and the inside is very creamy and has a true vanilla flavor. My freezer is kept at Zero degrees, so it is really cold when I take it out. Sometimes I have to wait a few minutes before I can enjoy it. As it melts I can lick the sweet vanilla on the edges. I did not realize that the cream was "light". The texture is always smooth, no lumps or crystals. I haven't had any for a while, so I need to put them on my grocery list NOW!

Great Ice Cream Sandwiches!
My husband wanted to try the ice cream sandwiches. So I bought him a box of them. He said they are very good, just like the ones he had growing up. He said they are still a bit sticky on the outside and in his fingers which he’s tried several brands and found that to be the case. The vanilla ice cream is creamy, sweet enough, and he can eat it all before it melts. Some other brands taste and feel like they melted and froze again. These do not have that texture or taste. He would buy them.
