    This is very good cheese to begin with but their shredded cheeses are also good. This one I use on casseroles and it melts well without clumps. The aroma of this cheese melted is so good.

    Perfect Melting Cheese

    I buy this all of the time! Its the perfect mix on cheese that melts consistently. I use it in everything. Resealable for good storage so it lasts longer, eventhough I go through it pretty quick. Some like a bit of a crunch to their melted cheese on the stove and it doesn't leave that burnt taste in your mouth.

    Great option for quesadilla

    This was a great option to fill cheese quesadillas! It melted really easy and it tasted like going to a Mexican restaurant. It was packaged in a resealable package which was good because I could use it for more than 1 meal.
