I LOVE these pouches and keep no less than 20 in my desk at any given time. If mercury poisoning weren’t a concern, I would probably eat them every day. Low calorie, high protein, and flavorful! They don’t require mayo to be tasty. I just spread it on a low carb mission tortilla and it makes a filling lunch!

I started buying these packets when they were on sale for 99 cents to give them a try. Now they are a staple that I buy every week. Especially love the jalapeno flavor, but I have tried them all. There is just enough in the packet to top a salad with, pile onto an English muffin as a sandwich, or mix in with fresh chopped apple. Yum. Sometimes for a snack I put some on Saltine crackers. Healthy and low cal. It's my go-to for lunch on hot days.

So surprised - it is delicious!
I love spicy things and had tried the Buffalo one previously- and was quite disappointed. The packs were on sale today and I thought I would try this one, fully expecting it to be disgusting. Instead it is seriously delicious…never thought I would say that about tuna - I like it but never loved it. The jalapeño kind is likely going to bring me back to the store to stock up for my lunches next week. I agree with the others that it spicy but not super hot. Didn’t have to add mayonnaise.
