This is the best grocery store steak. Ive been getting it for 4 years atleast once a month. At one point we were getting it every week. Its tender, not too much fat, and tastes delicious. Our store always has a good selection and well stocked.

Lowest quality steak I've ever purchased. I know it's Choice, but Target steaks are usually good quality. This one was tough and chewy like I grilled a chuck roast, not a ribeye. So my $25 steak is inedible, and I'll never buy steaks from Target again.

This is a fabulous cut of meat, highly recommend it dry brined, dry it off with paper towels, season it, and let it sit in the fridge for 20 to 30 hours. Then let it come up to room temperature before cooking. Superb!

The price is ridiculous! Increased by $8 in one week. Local butcher and grocery store have not changed the price. Way to lose a loyal customer Target! Won't be shopping at Target any more. Will make sure to tell everyone I know what a rip-off Target is.
