And yet I longed for it and there were days when an oil & vinegar based dressing just didn't hit the spot. Then Primal offered this Green Goddess, not as green in color but very green in ingredients, and I now keep several bottles in the pantry to satisfy the craving for Green Goddess dressing on my salads. Thanks!

so yes it is rather thick, to thin it out, I just mix 1/2 cup or so of balsalmic or any salad vinegar to larger bottle, and add the green goddess. (initially just run a butter knife sideways into just opened bottle to get it to pour.

We really like the taste of the Green Goddess Dressing! Our only reservation is how thick it is. It is difficult to get out of the jar. We had to use a knife to get it out and ended up getting it all over our hands. Other than that, an excellent product!

My guests did not know the difference when I had a pre-mixed in a salad. Absolutely recommend this dressing winner!
