Please clean before eating
Please don’t just cook these in the bag. I only got these because they didn’t have the shaved brussel sprout. These Brussel sprout were dirty and what I assume were bugs in it.

Bugs in veggies
There was greyish slug looking worms in the Brussel sprouts when I cut into them to cook them . Absolutely disgusting . Employee stocking the shelves was also apologizing everything was so empty and complaining she had no help

Moldy Produce with SALE sticker but charged FULL price!!!
Be careful getting fresh produce from Target Drive Up, they will give you expired, molded food and then won't refund you through the app. Every time there is any kind of issue with my order I have to spend 30 minutes on the phone contacting someone at Target.com! This is VERY frustrating especially since I order so much from Target.com! The brussel spouts i received were molded and had a $1.00 sale tag on them. When I checked my Target app I was charged full price!!! $3.49 per bag of spoiled, moldy, marked down brussel sprouts!

Oh gosh, these were rotten or something 😳
Upon opening the bag and washing the Brussels. My daughter and I noticed a pundit smell. We said, "What is that smell?" I said to check the garbage disposal, and it was clean. So, I sniffed the Brussel (I know Brussel has a smell within itself). However, these were horrible, and the steams were yellow and very soft. The expiration date was June 12, 2025, and that was the date I opened the bag. Just think if I had just put the bag in the microwave to cook and my family ate them. It wouldn't have been a good thing. With all the veggies being recalled for diseases and whatever else, please be careful and mindful of the food that you sell.

Great side dish
Hear me out, brussel sprout haters! These are great especially w this recipe: Microwave them per instructions on the bag. 2 min tops! Then toss them in olive oil, garlic, paprika, some lemon juice, salt and pepper. Once they cool a little you can cut the little stumps off if needed, before tossing. Throw them in the air fryer on roast for just a couple min for some crunch and you have 4min perfect brussel sprouts that look like they took 40 min on the grill. They’re also a perfect size!

Don't listen to the packaging - NOT prewashed
It's 50/50 whether I will receive a bag of relatively decent sprouts or a bag where most of them are rotten. Either way, these are NOT ready to steam. I can't imagine just blindly throwing the bag in the microwave and eating it like they recommend. It's good I only eat them roasted. They are always dirty, untrimmed, and sometimes, have dead bugs deep in the leaves. After thoroughly rinsing and trimming I am left with 1/2 to 3/4 of the original weight. These are only good when you just want the convenience of a drive-up order. Any other time, it's far better (and cheaper!) to just get them at a regular supermarket.

Full of bugs and dirt
I’ve bought these many times and they used to be fresh. Recently I’ve gotten bags with dirt and bugs in between every little leaf. I am very grossed out and disappointed that these even made it to store shelves. They were part of a drive up order or I would’ve noticed the holes and dirt immediately. I was hoping some were salvageable but I had to throw out two whole bags. I hope target gets this fixed because they are advertised as washed and ready to eat but are not even safe to consume. Hope this helps those doing online grocery orders!
