The baby arugula was fresh, crisp, and had the peppery flavor I expect from arugula. The leaves were tender rather than tough, which made them easy to use in salads and on sandwiches. Consistent quality, if the date is good
Consistent quality organic arugula. But if you purchase online for pick up, be sure to check the date (dates are not always great but they have been for me in most cases). I like how it is arugula only and comes with the right amount (if you are not making huge salads with it). Compared to the other big box store that sells a similar product, this is better quality and just as affordable. Bitterness level will vary depending on season. I offset this with something acidic. I haven't had problems with rotting or poor quality leaves. Works great in sandwiches and burgers or just throw it on the side to up your green veggie health game. Unlike spinach, you don't have the risk of oxalates (which is why I stay away from the mixes). And, arugula falls under the same group of veggies as broccoli so it's got great health benefits over traditional lettuce. Win!

I like buying the baby arugula at Target for my bearded dragon, even if it doesn't last too long. It's currently the only greens he likes. Today it was extra special because I found a prize at the bottom of the arugula for my beardie! He was so excited, he woke up from his brumation for the tastey dead grasshopper. For people, definitely inspect it first, but for lizards, you might get free protein if you're lucky!
