Careful, these are NOT mini carrots. They were slimy barely peeled BITS OF CARROTS. Once washed well enough to remove slime and bad parts the dried white! Ended up slicing and boiling as they were unfit for vegi tray

Bitter, soapy tasting. Inedible. Worse carrots I’ve ever had, and now I have no other option other than to drag them bag to the store for a refund. Not surprised they taste bad. The Forest Lake, MN had expired food in the produce area including wonton wraps and LOTS of mushrooms that were old and black.
