Looks and behaves very different from the Target cut up stew meat that’s also chuck steak. This one is very different. Didn’t brown in a normal way around the inside edges. And left a strange residue in the pan. Throwing it away.

Terrible
Ahhh I hated it. It was tough. Had to keep spitting/pulling out hard parts of the steak. Hard to chew. Lots of red dye came out of it. Wasted $20 on this pack. Throwing it away. Would never again buy this from Target.
