Price increase
I eat this weekly. I’m so disappointed that Target slapped an additional .40 cents per bag. What use to cost me (and not that long ago) $2.19 is now $2.59. That’s a pretty big price increase. I get it. Everything is going up. But riced cauliflower shouldn’t have an increase that high. Now it’s creeping towards $3.00 per bag. I guess at that point I just won’t purchase it anymore. Target do better. SMH

I have always bought this regularly and it was great but the last several bags ( and I have tried many over several weeks) have been a different texture and a lot more ice. When it cooks it’s so much water and less product and it won’t roast up like it should, I think they changed it.

Sometimes I steam it in the bag in the microwave and other times I cook it in a pan with only garlic salt added; either way, this rice is great! I compared the calories against brown rice tonight when I made this - 20 calories for 1 cup of cauliflower rice vs 216 calories for 1 cup of brown rice, Cauliflower rice for the win!

This is not riced cauliflower, it’s diced up chunks of cauliflower stems. Other than than, the flavor was fine and it cooked as directed.

Convenient Cauli Rice
This is an excellent staple to have in the freezer. This cauliflower rice tastes great and can be incorporated as a replacement for traditional rice in many different recipes. It definitely needs seasoning, but straight out of the bag you can use it for just about anything!
