Okay I love this! I’m super sensitive to lactose and already drink lactaid milk 2%. So this was great cuz I know I love the brand. Taste just like cottage cheese and the texture is pretty spot on, not exact but really darn close.

Found this at the perfect time
Found this stuff in stores about a month before my mother got dental surgery to get dentures put in. This was the perfect thing to stock up on while she was on a soft foods diet for the next few months. Full 4% fat so it's not super watery, tastes just like my favorite cottage cheese that got discontinued as a kid. Really solid product, I think in the time after my mother's surgery the two of us must have gone through about 20 containers combined.

Great Lasagna
I used it to make lasagna with ground turkey and a little Parmesan. I used spices, chives and a little spinach. It was the first time we had been able to enjoy Lasagna in years!

If I could give this zero stars I would. One of the absolute worst things I’ve ever tried in my 23 years on planet earth. The texture is fine but as soon as I got a taste I wanted to throw up. I spit it out immediately. Please save yourself, don’t get this. Stick to regular cottage cheese.. take a lactaid. I’d rather spend 3 hours on the toilet after than eat a single bite of this again.

My husband and I have enjoyed Lactaid Milk for several years. Three weeks ago, I bought my first container of Lactaid Cottage Cheese. It is incredibly delicious, elevates cottage cheese to a whole new level. I like the texture and creaminess, too, but it is the flavor that will blow your socks off. Just one caveat: I have bought 3 more containers since. It’s addictive!

Whatever you recently changed- wasn’t good My wife and I eat three packs of your cottage cheese every week. You used to have a thin layer of water on top, which is completely normal. Recently, I noticed there’s no more water layer, and the overall texture has become more gooey. I’m guessing you tried to eliminate the natural separation, but whatever was added to achieve that has affected the texture and flavor very badly. Please change it back! This is the only cottage cheese I love, and now it’s been ruined. 🫶🏻🙏🏼

An excellent source of protein without the lactose!
I developed a lactose intolerance in my older years and needed to find ways to get more protein in my diet. There is no difference in taste and it's an easy way to add the protein we need. Thank you, Lactaid, for allowing me to eat cottage cheese again and getting that protein.

Bring back 1%
Please bring back 1% most people consume cottage cheese for health reasons but there’s no benefit when there is so much fat compared to full dairy low fat options. At this point I’d rather buy the full dairy low fat option and suffer the pain of a stomach ache than the long term pain of a high fat cottage cheese
