You can easily whip up these veggies in a matter of minutes in the microwave with the easy steam-in-bag design, and it's USDA organic . Whether you use them as a side dish or add your own twist with rice and seasoning, this frozen vegetable blend is great to have on hand in your freezer for a variety of meals. DirectionsNeeds to be fully cooked. Keep frozen until ready to prepare.For food safety, cook to 165°F until hot throughout. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly.Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.MicrowaveDo not puncture or open before microwaving.1. Place unopened bag THIS SIDE UP in microwave oven. Evenly distribute vegetables inside. 2. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes or until hot.**3. Let stand 1 minute. Bag will be hot; lift from corners. Open carefully. **Directions developed for 1100 watt microwave ovens. Cooking in ovens of lower watts will require additional time.Stovetop1. Combine vegetables and 1/2 cup water in medium saucepan.2. Bring to a full boil over HIGH heat; cover. Reduce heat to MEDIUM. 3. Cook 7 to 8 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally. Drain.     Package claims that a serving size is 2/3 cup, and that there are approximately 3.5 servings per package. That would equal approximately 2.3 cups of vegetables in the package, right? Well unless the 1/3c measuring cup I bought *at Target* is twice the size it should be, I was only able to get four 1/3c portions from this bag. That’s one full cup less than advertised. Rip off.

    Good and Gather frozen mixed vegetables

    Bought this item to supplement a particular diet. The individual can't eat corn so I removed all corn. Heated corn for myself and found it to be tough and tasteless. Very tough and gummy. Do not recommend.

    QUALITY DOWNGRADE

    The quality has deteriorated so much that I will never buy these again. The bag was 85% green beans that had hard seeds inside. Now that Good & Gather has taken over the Target stores, it's time to say goodbye and start shopping where I can get quality food.

    Waiting for you in your freezer
