As a person who grew up in NY and loves Italian food, betrayed by my body in my 20’s (now 30’s) when it developed a gluten intolerance, I’m always grateful for when the classics are available in GF. I love this! The taste is good, and it’s a good reminder of the real thing. It’s a little pricey, but worth it to me.

If you go into this thinking it's like a regular noodle lasagna you will be disappointed. Personally I knew the "noodles" were made out of chicken. It sounds gross but it the "noodles" are thin slices of chicken deli meat. It has tons of ricotta and other cheese and plenty of sauce. I am glad that I tried it because to me it tastes like chicken parm. It's one of their best meals honestly. I have bought it several times. My only con is that I wish it were cheaper but all keto foods are crazy expensive.

The “chicken slices” in this item are deli meat slices like cold cuts. Imagine that, some gritty/watery ricotta, and tomato paste on top. Seriously not good and overpriced for sure.

Good Healthy Meal Option
After buying this, I noticed that there were a decent amount of bad reviews basically stating that it's not worth it and it's not as good as you would think. First off, I think that most of these reviewers are going into way too high of expectations for a $5 frozen meal, especially one on the healthier side. If you are someone that is familiar with meals like this: Healthy Choice, Lean Cuisine, etc, then you will probably highly enjoy this. I did. I know better than to go into it thinking it's going to taste like lasagna from a 5 star restaurant in Italy. For what it is, it's a great option!

Leaves a lot to be desired
This is one of the worst GF products I’ve tried. It’s literally sauce, ricotta cheese, and sliced deli meat chicken. I don’t as hopeful when I bought it, but you can make it at home for a fraction of the price and probably at a way better quality. Disappointed for sure. I attached a photo, too can see I took the deli chicken slices out. Just ate the ricotta cheese. Also, made mine in the oven according to the package directions. I ended up having to double the time. At 400 degrees/20 minutes, the center was ice cold, and can confirm it wasn’t my oven.

I don’t even know what to say. The lasagna barely resembles food at all. I couldn’t eat any of it. This is what it looked like right after being microwaved. It’s full of grease and some unidentifiable water-y liquid. The noodles looked GRAY in color - NOT NORMAL. Do not waste money on this poison.

Don't see how everyone is complaining. It taste good, not great, but good. It's a good portion size and for the macros and calories I'd say it's fantastic. This is my go-to when I don't have time to pack my lunch. Flavor I give it a 7/10 . I don't see how people expect it to taste like homemade lasagna while still asking for good/low cal macros.

For a low calorie, low carb dinner, it's actually really good. I'm sure most people who are doing keto or low carb aren't expecting regular lasagna noodles. But the layers of chicken have a good, meaty texture, and the sauce and cheese are delicious. For keto/paleo/low carb diets, I highly recommend this. The company does a good job with practically everything they make.

Real food? Are they sure...
I only grabbed this Realgood Lasagna Bowl because the packaging made it look incredible.after microwaving the lasagna bowl, it looked just like all other microwave meals. It was not overly appealing and nothing like the photo on the box. The box says real food you feel good about eating, but I’m not sure what I ate was real food. I’m not even sure what it was, it didn’t seem anything like lasagna. I guess a plus is that it’s gluten free if you have that need.
