The egg quality is definitely good!
One of the best store bought hard boiled eggs I've tasted. Already peeled and ready to eat! The texture is spot on and very flavorful. I personally suck at boiling eggs just right, so these are really convenient as a nutritious snack or adding into a salad.

Mind the Number in the Package

Dont Buy Perishable Food From Phoenixville Target! They sell EXPIRED food!
The store sold me expired eggs. The sell by date was June 26, 2026. I did drive up pick up on July 1st. Store was called and they refused to do anything unless I came back. I just had a major back surgery and I can not drive back or walk into the store. I had to call about 12 times. They kept hanging up on me. I finally got to talk to the store manager and she was BEYOND useless! No refund or resolution. I’m canceling my Target account. They did not offer any help. I guess they can sell expired food and get away with it. BEWARE if you do drive up pickup at the Phoenixville store! Check your perishable items BEFORE driving away! I had something similar happen at Giant Direct and they couldn’t have been more helpful! Stay away from food and Phoenixville Target! They obviously don’t check dates on their food. I used to volunteer at a food bank and we were VIGILANT about expiration dates! Target for your prices…. You should be ashamed of your service!

Awful taste and texture
These are the most horrible tasting and textured hard cooked eggs I’ve ever had. Rubbery, dry, and mealy… everything you want to avoid in a hard cooked egg. Verified that the eggs were not past their sell by date, and ate them just after buying them at the store. Never experienced this with a comparable product sold at Kroger or Wal-mart

Rubbery whites -- hard pass
I’ve tried other brands of hard-cooked eggs in the past with zero issues. Figured I’d give Target’s Good & Gather option a try. All of the eggs looked fine and smelled fine. But the texture was downright oft-putting. Very dense and rubbery. I’ve never experienced this with other brands or when I’ve boiled eggs at home. I may have been the victim of a bad batch, but I won’t be trying these again.

so I get overcooking the eggs to make sure they were hard boiled, but the rubbery texture with the horrible taste was so unpleasant no matter how much old bay I put on. Did they cook them in onion water? Must have as it was nasty.

Disgusting
The quality of the eggs were bad. The egg whites were overcooked and hard. The egg whites had so many dips into it on the outside as if they had a hard time peeling the shell off. The taste of the boiled eggs were off putting, as if they were old. I had to put them down my garbage disposal.
