More Like Carrot Stir-Fry
Usually I love Target brand items but consistently this is basically a carrot stir fry with 2 or 3 water chestnuts, teeny pieces of red bell pepper, 7 or 8 peas and something broccoli butts because there was only one floret in mine. If there’s a brand that has a more balanced blend, definitely spend the extra on that.

Appearance-wise, these look like the perfect assortment and quantity of vegetables, but there is a persistent aftertaste to these vegetables. I have tried these vegetables a few times now, so it's not just a one-time occurrence. Sadly, I will not purchase these again. I think the pea pods are causing it, even though they should not be.

These were really yummy and the veggies all had a nice bright color. However, it’s primarily carrots. Very little bell peppers. You get mostly broccoli cuts (our bag had one floret) and very few water chestnuts. Despite all that, I would buy this again bc I do love the variety for the price.

Best frozen stir fry veggie brand I have found. Lots of carrots but decent amount of broccoli florets, broccoli stems, water chestnuts. Only few mushrooms. The microwave steam method made them crisp and not soggy. Definitely would buy again. Added to frozen yakisoba with baked tofu .
