Description

Enjoy a breakfast classic any time of day with this 12-Ounce Hardwood Smoked Center Cut Bacon from market pantry™. This perfectly cured and hand-selected bacon is naturally hardwood smoked for a rich, smoky flavor, and each slice is center cut. It’s gluten-free and has no added MSG so you can be confident you’ll enjoy pure flavor. Whether you’re frying it alongside a couple eggs or putting some on a cheeseburger, this hardwood smoked bacon is sure to be a classic staple in your kitchen.

Directions

Bacon needs to be fully cooked.

Skillet
Place bacon slices in single layer in unheated skillet. Cook over LOW to MEDIUM heat, turning occasionally, until brown and crisp. Drain on paper towels.

Microwave
Directions were developed for 1000 watt and higher microwave ovens. Cooking in microwave ovens below 1000 watts will require additional time to reach proper temperature.
Place bacon slices between paper towels on paper plate or microwave-safe dish. Cook on HIGH:
2 slices for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes; 4 slices for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes, until brown and crisp.

Oven
Place bacon in single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake at 400°F for 10 to 15 minutes until brown and crisp. No turning is necessary. Drain on paper towels.

For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured with a food thermometer. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.

    worst bacon I ever had!!!!

    Usually cheaper bacon taste crispy and fatty with still a good flavor like bacon bits. Not this. It's rubbery and cooking well done just makes it rubbery and shard. No bacon flavor with a very oddly rubber texture.

    Breaks easily, poorly cut

    This is the worst cut bacon I’ve ever bought. The middle is so thin and poorly cut that it breaks in half. I won’t buy this again. Not sure what I expected when I was buying the cheapest on the shelf.
