delish
quick, easy and delicious. you can make so many things with it and season it to your liking. i made cuban sandwiches with it and cooked it in the mojo sauce from publix. SO GOOD. also really good with some corn tortillas and onions/cilantro or a burrito bowl. even made pulled pork sliders with it once lol. can be kind of waxy but once you add your stuff you really cant tell the difference between this and your local authentic taco truck!

Super salty and dry. Does not taste like authentic carnitas. The cooking instructions were also not enough to get it cooked through to the safe temperature. Not worth the price for a quick dinner in a pinch.

So disappointed
Was super excited for this for dinner. Lacks flavor and thank god we didn’t cook it as long as the box said because the meat was dry already when we pulled it out early. $8 for less than a pound of unflavored pork.
