Between this and the 100% Whole Wheat lof from Aldi, we don't buy our bread anywhere else. There is nothing extra added... no added sugars or preservatives. Left forgotten, it will mold up quickly (as expected from a loaf that has minimal ingredients). This bread is soft and my kids love it!
