Q: who's the seller and shipper of these items? there's no 3rd party involved correct?

submitted by Blue - 3 years ago
  • A: When you preorder this you are preordering it directly from Target for delivery.

submitted byRuneScape - 2 years ago
  • A: 2 minutes after Target sells out of the 20 or so Boxes they had for sale. It will be Scalpers selling you the same product for $150-300 Above MSRP and Target allows that!

Came to the store 20 times left happy once

Please stop advertising as if you sell these products you do not sell these products and most likely do not have plans to sell these products. this is a classic bait and switch. It’s insulting.

    Open boxed item

I bought a lot of Pokémon cards from Target.com. It has been a very satifing experience (whether good pulls or not). However, this time, the UPC is a totally different experience. All of my other Pokémon cards order were sent from a direct distributor (I think), with different outside packaging. This time the UPC was sent directly from a Target store? with the red Target seal label and the regular Target box. Once I opened the package, I found out the UPS was opened and damaged. The middle metal Mew promo card was missing. The left pile of packs was also missing. I contacted Target customer service right away. The rep nicely submitted my case. I thought it could be solved easily. But I was wrong, the back office team sent me an email saying that since it is a Pokémon product, I need to contact the Pokémon company directly. No replacement nor refund. I was really upset with the result since it was a big $ purchase and especially it was a bday gift for my kid. I gave the one star for this experience. However for the product itself, I think everyone loves Pokémon will still love it. Yes, I bought another one somewhere else for my kid and he totally loves it.

    Mew Box Ultra Premium Collection

Box was opened and damaged and tempered with. It was probably shipped by a seller other than target and the box was opened and tempered with. Packs were open and resealed.

    Trading Card Tampering Alert

The box had been tampered with, and the packs were suspiciously resealed. Despite the promos being present, only one EX card remained in the entire box, with each pack containing one holo card and two reverse holos. If you purchased another box on the same date, beware of potential tampering. Luckily, I took a photo before buying, and I chose the front box of Pokémon 151. However, I just noticed that the box behind the shrink wrap is torn. Target's policy prohibits returns for all trading cards, which are sold by a third-party company called Excell Marketing, necessitating contact to resolve the issue.

    Came squashed/damaged

Box was smashed and pretty much useless as a gift. Contacted target and was told it's trading cards so it's out of their hands. Very very disappointed with this purchase. Won't buy online from target for a very long time.
