Her arms and legs are move. This doll is very fashionable. Her hat goes perfectly with her outfit. The sweater has a nice material and is very durable. My child has hours of fun playing with this doll. She has several dolls already from this brand and lots of outfits. Safe for 3 and up and versatile.
