A: No. Usually pokemon card products come inside of a booster pack unsleeved. Some products have promotional cards that come sandwiched between pieces of plastic. Occasionally, there are promotional cards that come inside of a plastic wrapper. Alas, even those are not pre sleeved.

-1000 stars. Price gouging and terrible customer service...

First they jacked the price to nearly double msrp. Next they wouldn’t let me cancel the order at first and said i had to wait until it was ready to ship. Then i had to wait for it to ship so they could turn it around. Then when i reached out again they tried to claim they couldn’t turn it around and there for couldn’t refund it. I then had to turn Karen on them and they did turn it around finally. Next a fee days after the received it i reached out about the refund and was told it would take 1-10 business days to refund. Low and behold 10 business days later no refund!!! Had to reach put again at this point i should get a double refund due to all my wasted time… good luck getting me to shop at target again. If i could give negative stars i would
