Tastes great and feels great
I was looking for a way to increase my protein but especially my fiber during this pregnancy. I happened upon this product at Safeway and decided to try it on a whim. It's definitely worth it. It tastes great, keeps me regular while helping hit my protein goals all in one. I hope they make a bigger container of it.

I really loved the ratio trio. The taste, flavor, and consistency were everything. If ratio yogurt was like Goldilocks and the 3 bears: Pro-fiber yogurt is mid thick, protein is too thick, and Trio was just right! It’s really unfortunate because history is repeating itself. Keto yogurt first and now trio. Please bring back trio!

Wow, I’m actually surprised with this ratio vanilla yogurt. It’s deliciously sweet (with zero added sugar) It’s very thick and creamy. So thick it feels like a meal consuming one individual container. Packed with goodness~ 20g protein, 10g fiber, 9 essential amino acids. 180 calories is more than I look for in a yogurt, however for receiving the boosts included and feeling full after eating I could enjoy this occasionally. Nice yogurt would recommends trying.

And with it being summer months I get plenty of protein with this as well. The portion is great for a quick breakfast or late night treat.

FIBER
These are really great if you get the right one. I was aiming for the fiber I think it's cool that there's this much fiber in yogurt. unfortunately when you're in the refrigerator the labels are not that distinguishable so on numerous occasion I actually bought the protein one instead of the fiber one. They also need to have more flavors of fiber. but I will say the vanilla is really good, really really good. thick and creamy and like pudding and I'm not much of a yogurt person. it's a bit expensive so I wait for sales. I'm not going to pay a 1.79 for a cup of yogurt.

I’m always hesitant to try new yogurt brands and stray from my usual routine, but I really enjoyed the taste of this yogurt. It was nice knowing it’s high protein and fiber, which will do well with my stomach. It melts in your mouth and leaves no weird aftertaste in my opinion. Great clear packaging so I knew what was in it right away. Might just add this to my grocery list now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A delicious way to get fiber in the morning! Honestly one of the best vanilla flavors I’ve tried in years! Yogurt was nicely blended and fresh. I personally use mine in a fluffy yogurt bite recipe. I just take 5oz of yogurt from the easy accessible packaging, mix with gelatin, add food coloring for details, blend, and pour it in character molds. It’s delicious and best served over coffee or warm chia pudding.
