Next Steps You Could Take Ban or discourage resale of unopened products — make it clear in terms of sale that unopened flipping isn’t supported. Support a moratorium on unopened resales — force resellers to either sit on inventory until it loses value or open it like the rest of us. Expand and strengthen anti-bot protections — keep building on the positive steps you’ve already started with presale queues and member prioritization. To be clear: this is only about unopened mass-resale. Collectors trading opened or vintage items is part of the culture. But sealed inventory flipping is pure scalping, and precedent shows it’s an unfair practice. By continuing to build on what you’re already doing—and going one step further—you’ll protect your customers, keep more revenue in your marketplace, and win long-term loyalty.

Watch out for these scammers when your trying to checkout and the cart keeps disappearing and reappearing during the process they will swap the item in mid checkout while the credit card wheel is spinning to a 3rd party an when u get your email receipt bam u got charged scalper prices only 3x of what it said it was when u carted if .
