    Dissolves well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The package says to dissolve it in cold water first, even if you want to drink it hot. I was skeptical but it actually dissolves very will and has no gritty aftertaste or residue in the cup. The caramel flavor was a bit too sweet for me but other than that I enjoyed it and would recommend it.

Best combination for protein and caffeine all in one!

For years I used to make a protein shake and add caffeine from coffee or instant coffee. This is one less step. I have to take to get everything I need to have a productive workout and to feel healthy throughout the day.

Warning: only buy Projo if you want to start your day with a bang! As someone who is active but a bit susceptible to caffeine, coffee always gave me the jitters. Projo was a great combination of protein + caffeine and let me go about the day energized instead of overwhelmed. Would definitely recommend!
