    Poor handling

    The product is great, but the shipping has been horrible. The last two ETB shipments have arrived damaged. On time, but damaged. If you are going to charge me an extra 10 bucks per box, at least you can do is ensure the best possible shipping.

    Target is a joke of a company, stayed up till 4 AM to purchase. This product was able to be successful only to have the company cancel my order four days later. Upper management needs to take charge of their company and fix the problem instead of just letting bots continue to ruin this for people that really want to buy this product for their children. 0 out of 10 would not recommend buying this product from this company anytime. Only gave this review of one star because I could not give it a zero star.

    Item itself wasn’t an issue, but the packaging left much to be desired. My box was dented with some of the plastic ripped. It’s not a problem since we’re going to open it anyway, but for a sealed collector, that would be a problem. Part of the issue is that it came in a box that was way too big for the one item. Also, the packages should have tamperproof tape because mine was clearly opened and at least peeked into.
