Our topper features 2 inches of 2.5 lb. density temperature control memory foam layered onto another 2" of high-density support foam. The memory foam adjusts to your body temperature to help alleviate pressure points and relax muscles for a more soothing night’s sleep. Q: Can this mattress topper be easily rolled and stored when not in use? Is there a storage cover for it, like maybe the packaging it comes in?

A: Our Memory Foam Topper is designed for long-term use and may not be easily rolled and stored once fully expanded. While memory foam can be compressed, it does not easily return to its original packaging, and repeated rolling may affect its durability. It does not come with a dedicated storage cover, but if needed, we recommend carefully rolling it, securing it with straps, and placing it in a breathable storage bag to help protect it from dust and moisture. Q: Is this topper odor neutralized?

A: Hi Susan, thank you for reaching out. The smell of the memory foam is slight and will become less noticeable in about 48 hours if put in a well ventilated location. I quoted one of our customer's review below for your reference ---"very slight odor dissipated quickly". But it also depends on how high your tolerance of the odor is. Q: confirm if zipper is metal or plastic. as I received a diff highly rated topper which broke when replacing on just the just washed cover on foam. And, is there a "lead" at beginning should it be necessary to restart and connect teeth to zip fully?

A: The zipper is plastic. The cover is removable and machine washable. Do you mean a "lead" at the beginning of the zipper? Yes, there is. There are a couple of photos in the listing showing the details of the zipper.

I definitely recommend laying this out for most of the day before sleeping on it. … I love that this has a removable cover so it can be washed. I washed it out of the box while the memory foam was laying out. It was not as difficult as I thought it would be to get the cover on and off so I was happy about that.

This is supposed to be 4 inches thick. It's more like 2. Hard as a rock. It's also larger than a king. By a good 12 inches in width no matter which way it's on the bed.

This mattress topper truly changed my life. My old mattress was getting worn out and the springs were breaking. This led to very uncomfortable sleep every night, and I started having back and leg pain everyday. I knew I had to add some layer of comfort on my bed. On the 1st night I added this mattress topper, I immediately got better sleep. I'm more comfortable and rested than ever before. My back and leg pain have also disappeared. I'm so glad I discovered memory foam mattresses. I plan on sticking with them for the rest of my life.

When we lay with her, we feel very satisfied with what we received. The 4 inches is perfect so that the fitted sheet can still fit over that and the mattress. If it were any bigger, our fitted sheets would not fit over both.

Got this one and it had made the bed so much more comfortable. I’ve experienced less back pain and discomfort and better sleep. Seems to have only taken a few hours to fluff up.I would definitely recommend this if you have an harder mattress or an older mattress.

It did not disappoint! It showed up in a airtight bag shown in the picture, so it was easy to get it into my bedroom. It unfolded and fluffed up within an hour or two, and is so comfortable to sleep on. My back feels so much better after sleeping in it. It also doesn't move all over the bed due to the grip textured back shown in the second picture.

It’s soft, supportive, and comes with some traction at the bottom to keep it in place. I’m used to slippery toppers, so that was a nice surprise. However, here are some downsides: when you unwrap it, it does come with a scent. I read the dead fish review and expected it to be horrendous. It’s really not that bad - it’s more of a plastic and foamy after scent, but it’s not too noticeable. The instructions say the scent will go away after a few days of being unwrapped. I mainly bought this for the water resistant component - and I’m sorry to say, this is not water proof. At all. As soon as I unwrapped it, I poured a little water on a far corner to test the water proof cover. It did not protect the foam - it soaked right through. I have a water proof cover already so I’ll just keep using that, but not gonna lie, I’m disappointed in it not being water proof. There were other more affordable toppers available that I would have purchased if I had known the cover wasn’t water proof. False advertising. Finally, it’s wider than advertised - not by too much, I’m sure my sheets will fit. But that wasn’t expected. Honestly, the softness, support, and traction of the topper were enough for me to keep it. But is it worth the price? So far, I’d say no - I’ll need to sleep in it for a few weeks to see if that changes.

This topper smells horrendous-think dead fish. After waiting 2 days its only at 2.5 inches. And the size that arrived is 79 x 82.

This combination works great for me because I don't like an extremely soft bed. The 3M Scotchgard cover also helps with moisture management, the topper does retain some heat so it provides a overall warmer sleep experience.

I pulled it out of the box thinking no way in heck this will work but it totally does!! You have to let it expand after pulling it out of the box and taking the plastic wrap off.. it literally almost doubled in size and was so comfy I wanted to sleep on it all night lol I'm going to get one for my queen bed next!! This has a very nice cover too. I'll recommend this to my family and friends looking for a nice thin but comfy top for their mattresses. I really love the quality and the feel of this and would be happy to recommend this!!
