Diffuser not reliable
I purchased my air wick diffuser last month and it worked well for the first time. I then purchased the double pack refill and place the canister in the diffuser and nothing happened. I even replaced the battery and still got nothing. It is not the refill because I can spray from that .....the unit just stopped working.

Space above
How much empty space should I have above the diffuser? I love it in my bathroom, but I have it on the shelf in my over the toilet cabinet. Will it damage the cabinet ?

Hi, the device is suitable to be placed on any flat surface e.g. Shelf or cupboard unit. It should not be kept near a heating source or in direct sunlight. We hope this helps!

Didn't work
Bought this...it never worked. I did everything as directions said .even went to look for trouble shooting online. The blue light goes on..batteries work Bottle pops in..no mist

Hi, we are sorry to hear about your experience with the Air Wick Essential Mist Device. Here are a few troubleshooting tips: Ensure the device is turned off and directed away from the face- Open the device by holding the shroud firmly in one hand and placing the other hand underneath the base as a support. 1. Using the thumb of the hand holding the shroud push down from the top. The shroud should be released from the main device, exposing the refill bottle and batteries. 2. Insert x 3 AA batteries into the appropriate slots (or confirm batteries are still good). 3. Confirm refill is not empty, or add a refill by removing the plastic lid of the refill bottle, and pushing the exposed wick in an upwards motion into the head of the device. The clip needs to catch the last ridge on the refill device. A clicking noise will be heard when inserted correctly and fully. 4. Replace the shroud 5. Turn on to the desired setting. Fresh scent, lasting effectiveness
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I’ve tried an automatic air freshener system. I love it! The setup Was super simple and easy to figure out the different settings. Those settings include three frequencies in which the oil scent is released via a small spout on the top of the diffuser itself. The oil refill is placed inside the diffuser without having to touch anything or manipulate it in to place. Scent is released as often as desired. The orange scent in my kit is crisp and tangy with a hint of sweet. It’s perfect to freshen up our guest bathroom! I can’t wait to try out different scents!

I don't like the essential oil smells, so I was a little skeptical....but its not over-powering at all and much less expensive. I would recommend this product to others.

Whoa...it’s good!

It’s like a light clean aroma.. ahhh so good!

Scent Doesn't Last Long
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to like this so much because I love having essential oil diffusers throughout my house. Air Wick Essential Mist Starter Kit (Diffuser + Refill), Mandarin and Sweet Tangerine works well for the couple of seconds after the mist is released. The scent is super strong, then dissipates rather quickly. I wish there was a setting that controls how much scent is released at a time, rather than the interval in which it's released. I would like to give it another try, perhaps in a different scent.

Really Love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this. It is so relaxing and smells wonderful. Small but mighty. It smells the whole place. The only thing I wish it did was consistently diffuse but it only diffuses a shot of essential oil every 8 hours or so depending on the setting you put it. Other than that I really love it. Also the lavender almond scent is sooo yummy smelling. This really boosts my mood and I totally recommend. A+

Amazing smell!

However i followed the directions to a T with this when setting it up for use, i cannot get it to produce anything unless i mess with the toggle and then it will work for a bit and then not again. It may be something on my part but i am unsure.

Super easy set-up and a really really great smelling aroma! We just started using this, so I don't know how long it lasts, but we are very happy with this so far. Highly recommended!

Smells Like Heaven!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I have used an Air Wick Mist product and I am absolutely in love! I chose the Mandarin and Sweet Tangerine and it smells like my own little heaven! I absolutely love the different timer options and that it automatically shuts off after 8 hours. I turn the frequency up higher when I know guest will be coming to our house and leave it on a lower setting when it is just us at home. It is very easy to set up and went from package to use in about 2 minutes. It blends in seamlessly on our entry table with no wires of plugs. I will be buying more for the rest of our house.

Amazing scent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the mandarin and tangerine mist starter kit and as soon as I 0pened the oil lid it smelled amazing. I loved the scent. The container was simple and easy to put together. I did notice i dont seem to get much scent in the room like some of the other products from you guys. I was a little bummed by that. I was hoping to smell the amazingness from the bottle more.

Defective?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Air Wick Essential Mist Diffuser was smaller than I had expected, which is a plus because my current one is a bit of an eyesore. It runs on 3 AA batteries that comes with the starter kit, and there is no outlet option, which is a bummer because I don't like worrying about replacing batteries. When I opened the packaging, I found out the oil had leaked. The instructions to set the diffuser were simple and I like how there are three settings, but.... I think I may have gotten a defective one because it's been on for hours and I have yet to smell anything. My diffuser also doesn't mist like the one in the instructional 'How To Use' tutorial either. Overall I think I'll stick to my old eyesore of a diffuser.
