I generally stick with the Ralph’s brand milk because it stays fresher longer than other brand names I have tried. The Alta Dena brand is one that also has a very long shelf life. The Alta Dena milk has a great flavor, not sour at all. The consistency is very nice even in the reduced fat version. Not too thick and not watery. It has a great balance of flavor and consistency. I’m really glad I was able to try this brand! Now I know this is a safe bet to have a good tasting, fresh and local milk!
