NO Bonus Exclusive Content/ How-to-Draw poster

This book does not contain the Bonus Exclusive Content How-to-Draw poster that it states it will in the description and on the sticker on the front of the book. Seems like a marketing ploy to get people to buy it, especially from Target. The sticker states "while supplies last". Shouldn't the sticker only be on the books that will contain it?
