About the Author

Zach Hines is an author and screenwriter. He is the creator, executive producer, and showrunner of My Undead Yokai Girlfriend, an Amazon Original series made for Japan. He co-created Sent for HBO Asia, and has developed film and television projects for CBS Studios, AMC Studios, and Skybound Entertainment. A former journalist, Hines spent a decade in Hong Kong, where he ran Asia's largest English-language magazine company and his writing has appeared in the South China Morning Post, Engadget, and Kill Screen. Originally from rural West Virginia, he lives in Los Angeles. American Dragon is his first novel for adults.
