[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Why do you keep sending me little packs of 14 moderate pads when I order packs of 28 pads? I would appreciate getting what I order. I also do not like the new plastic like material over the pad. I prefer the netting like covers for the pads that I do get sometimes. The product was good to begin with, why make unnecessary changes. Definitely disappointed in all the changes.
