I started out with the ULTIMATE, then down 1 notch and then another notch and now I use MODERATE. You will need to experiment to find the perfect pad for your needs. I think you will find your needs will change over time, anyway mine have. I think you will be pleased with this company. They are easy to communicate with and their products are excellent!
