This omnibus arrived shrink-wrapped and in perfect condition. Page quality and binding are excellent. I'm about 60% through reading, but the stories are all a great read. Paul Dini had a great run in Detective Comics and focused on stories having a beginning/middle/end and not trailing on and on for multiple issues. Many of the stories are one-shots you can read at any time, though I'd still recommend reading the whole omnibus chronologically. Just make sure you read the original Hush graphic novel before diving into this omnibus; it's really the only recommend reading prerequisite. Dini's run was also notable for having Riddler be a "good guy" for awhile, which is a refreshing and fun take. Overall this omnibus focuses on stories that are more like crime mysteries rather than Batman as a "superhero". Pros: - Excellent collection of stories, many of which aren't collected anywhere else - High quality paper/binding and shipped safely - Some nice extras at the end showing rough sketches and scripts of various stories - Contains many of the later Hush saga storylines Cons: - The Resurrection of Ra's Al Ghul storyline was written by 3-4 different writers across 7 or 8 issues. Paul Dini did a few, which they threw in here, but it's so silly to include them since his starts at Part 3. - No page numbers, despite the table of contents indexing page numbers. Apparently this was the case in the original omnibus, and this re-print didn't fix this issue. Kind of annoying
