This ceramic knife caught my eye. I decided to give it a try. The ceramic knife has proven to be a perfect match for my needs. Its sharpness is unparalleled, making slicing through vegetables a breeze. It is incredibly easy to clean. I am using solely for vegetable use, and it has not disappointed. It comes with a clear plastic sheath.

I had fallen on hard times and had to basically replace an entire kitchen worth of appliances with a very tight budget. It took me several months to accomplish this. I knew that replacing my knives would probably be most tedious of all of these! I was wrong. Now I did not purchase my ceramic vegetable cutting knife from this site or any other online shopping site. I went into a store and perused the wall of knives and there it was! A beautiful 5 in blue ceramic cutting knife!! It's been 2 years now since I purchased just my ceramic cutting knife and I haven't looked back since! I will never throw away money on a common steel knife ever again! When it comes to cutting vegetables, which I do a lot of; the only way to go is ceramic! This particular style is the only kind I will purchase it fits my hand perfectly it does a great job! I just wanted to share a little bit of my story and my experience with this masterpiece! Buy it, buy many of them. You will be happy that you did.

Good quality but it doesn't comes with color gift box.

This knife was a little longer than I expected which makes it difficult to cut harder vegetables like carrots. It wasn’t that sharp either which was also challenging. Overall, it’s an okay knife for things like bell peppers and lettuce.
